Mr. and Mrs. Erik Schumann

Last weekend Bill and I went to Cleveland for my sister's wedding! Samantha was a beautiful bride! She and Erik were the first couple married at Frostville Church in the Metroparks since it has been relocated and renovated. Samantha's new in-laws were responsible for the majority of the project. Click Here to view the renovation and read the history of the church.

Anyway, the cermony was great. Everything was beautiful...nothing out of the ordinary. Sammy and Erik rented a horse and carriage to take them away. (Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures from it since I left my camera in Knoxville. Bill arrived Saturday after I was over at my parent's house with Sammy, so I didn't get to use the camera until the reception. Oh well.) The photographer has his pictures of the whole day up on his website. Click here to see her day.

I was thankful to be her Matron of Honor. I love my sister dearly, and I am praying for Sammy and Erik! I know he'll take care of her. Here are some pictures I took from the reception:

Not the greatest close up, but this is our fav pose. :-)

The cake. (Sammy's colors were orange, pink and yellow)

The cake on Sammy. This was interesting...Erik got so into smashing the cake on her face that (from what I could see) she ended up on the floor with cake all over her. I think she loved every minute of it!

My mom is supposed to send me some more pictures, so maybe you'll get to see those sometime. (hint hint, Mom ;-) )

You and your sis look a lot like each other! She looks like she had a beautiful day--if the smile on her face is any indication=)! She is beautiful!

How are you doing? I hope you are feeling alright! Talk to you soon!

The chapel is beautiful!! I think it's neat that you both chose lace dresses. Most sister's have extrememly different tastes. I thought it was neat that the photographer did family pics for everyone! Your's was very good! I hope you're feeling well.
